church and then we went got a prize for the kids what’s the prize we got you guys scream doughnuts we’re driving and in the Habs we’re driving a new funnel hacker Jeep which we have a camera mountain here so now I can do marketing in your car the marketing secrets while we’re driving and not have to worry about hitting and dying so it’s kind of in Eugene marketing you’re in the Jeep so I don’t have you seen it yet if you haven’t go look on snapchat or Facebook whatever but there’s a hacker on the side of it it’s kind of fun and we put it over here yesterday that’s why Bowen sitting in North Bay BC cuz that’s lousy bubbly head so which retails get about say attempts of marketing principles so let’s do this I want to talk to you is why he is like going to Krispy Kreme person to other donut places so you know that’s why up this close proximity kyo get that breakfast yet are they healthy rice rice not far away and this is the key this is the key ally I wanna talk about so when you go into Krispy Kremes what are they let you to say really loud separate here yet tell me rule out here on camera what happens we go inside of Krispy Kremes [Music] okay so there’s a glass window and you can actually watch them make the dose that no one’s company on the conveyor belt you see the frosting drip on them you seem dumped under the thing where the first is versus the dough right it drops them into the cooker thing it cooks them and the frosting comes on top and if it sprinkles you know you gotta watch the process right sometimes though you said it first okay all right so here’s the marketing lesson for all y’all who are listening today so Krispy Kreme does really cool things that make kids want to go to Krispy Kremes versus DK donors Dunkin Donuts all the rest DK is like a small brand Duncan on such a huge chain anyway so if Krispy Kremes does is they allow you to watch the process which is really interesting because my guess is the most donor shops have the same process okay guys we understand points this little show doesn’t get crazy for people all right so then right though DK does a bunch of other options and sizes of varieties where Christian games are all the same things but the moral of this is that it let you watch the process of the creation of how it works there’s and I’m going to free it but the actual the story right now because I’m in the car before kids goes a little crazy in the Jeep anyway if I’m gonna forget right now but the message on all my old school marketing buddies making fun of me cuz I can’t think of the name and the people in which books it was from but there’s a guy who was actually a beer company and and they were selling beer and this marketing I came in to remember I was the old movies blasphemy I can’t remember the name of it anyway no he’s a dead guy dated oh I hit a squirrel I missed it whoa scroll down underneath the car that was close anyway so the the story was this market he comes in to the beer company and he’s trying figure I like to hook at the angle and why I like what was the big idea of why why everyone should give them money versus uh you know the other beer companies and the market guy watch comes in and wants to see the process and how it all works me those who watches these guys these seems like how they make the beer and how they know I’m not a beer drinker I’ve never drinks letter having and it had actually works we showed out how they make it and and the market guy was so fascinated in the necklace everybody makes his beer he’s like yeah but nobody else to see this like nobody else even know this is how how it all works and so I want to show a process I mean he made a commercial he actually shows the process of them making the beer and that became this huge campaign that blew up the company and so Chris became is the same way they kind of show the process there’s a reason why I do final Friday’s every Friday because I’m showing I didn’t do this Friday and fun rocker TV and all these things like why am i doing that because I am showing the process I’m letting people see how I do it how I consume the product and the more they do the more they see me drink a mountain kool-aid the more likely they are to also drink said kool-aid so the moral of story miss Krispy Kremes episode for you guys is to let your audience see the process of how you do whenever you do we are in the reality show era of the world and your audience wants to view what’s happening that’s why I’m in my car with my kids not watching watching funnel are on marketing stickers calm you Satan in his Krispy Kreme at if not so the more other stores there’s why I’m doing this right my hair messed up with my beard with my kids and our donuts kinda hurts I shave it lose I’m sure you guys this stuff behind the scenes is cuz I’m showing you guys my life I’m showing you how we do what we do and and that’s what draws people in if you read exper secrets you know that’s the goal is to draw people in to you
